The part they needed to get their line running again was ordered and shipped from Austria, but onward travel and customs clearance still needed to be arranged as a matter of urgency.

The following day of the incident the company contacted our team at ACC for help. One of our dedicated team member's worked hard to get everything processed and cleared, helping the company to get the part they needed as quickly as possible, so they could continue supporting their own customer to continue making sales.
